MAYA (ಮಾಯಾ) is an independent Kannada psychological horror film currently in pre-production. It is a crowdfunding initiative to raise funds for the production of this original film — a mind-bending, single-location story with a female lead that pushes the boundaries of Kannada cinema.
In the last 10–15 years, there has been no film of this subject and genre in Kannada cinema. MAYA aims to change that — bringing a genuinely original psychological horror experience to Kannada audiences.
