All payments made on projectmaya.in are voluntary crowdfunding contributions towards the MAYA ಮಾಯಾ independent film project. These are not purchases of any product or software. Contributions directly support film production activities.
As this is a crowdfunding initiative, all contributions are generally non-refundable once processed, as funds are immediately allocated towards film production activities.
In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis if submitted within 7 days of making the contribution. To raise a refund request, please email us at projectmaya2026@gmail.com with your name, mobile number, and payment details.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original UPI account used during contribution within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
In case of a failed UPI transaction where your account has been debited, the amount will be automatically reversed to your account within 5–7 working days by your bank or UPI provider. If the reversal does not happen within this period, please contact us immediately.
If you have been charged twice for the same contribution, please contact us immediately at projectmaya2026@gmail.com with your payment details. Duplicate charges will be refunded within 5–7 working days.
